Marta Pargana Pereira, obtained a Law degree from the Lusíada University in Lisbon and was enrolled in the Law Society in 1999. Following a period of professional training at a Lisbon law firm with Dr. José Paulo Leitão as her Tutor, she began her own law practice in Algarve. Since that time she has worked primarily with foreign clients – both resident and non-resident, which has provided her with the professional experience that often, allows her to find a connection between different legal systems and, therefore, find the solution in each case. She was included on the Lawyers Panel for Abbey National until 2003 working for and in representation of the Bank. She was also on the approved list of English Speaking Lawyers In Algarve of the British Embassy and Consulate since 2002 until recently.

She also has a post-graduation on IRC (corporate tax), IRS (individual tax), Property Tax, Criminal Tax, Tax Benefits, Process and Procedure in Tax Law, Fiscal Planning and International Fiscal Law granted by the IDEFF of the Law University of Lisbon (2016-2017).
